Thrive Assessment Pilot

Understanding how you see yourself is the
first step toward your leadership development.

Thunder
In a recent Work Trend Index Pulse Report, Microsoft found that there’s a growing perception gap that has put leaders and employee at odds about what constitutes productivity, and how to maintain autonomy. This growing disconnect underscores the importance of exploration of the self and the impact this has on others.

The Thrive Assessment Pilot uses a combination of personal coaching in tandem with a comprehensive assessment tool to measure the internal and external influences on leadership style and effectiveness. This program leverages the Leadership Circle Profile® to help participants understand their behavior(s) and how the self-narratives that feed our identity affect interrelationships and career development.

Why This Pilot:
The Thrive Assessment grows participants sense of empowerment and empathy by better understanding the impact their choices have on themselves and those around them.

Who Is It For:
10 leader volunteers from the Communities of MCB. The ideal candidates are individuals seeking how to become a more effective leader or manager and improve connections with their boss, peers, direct reports, or client-partners.
